Unexpected Check Indications for SR-ARs in various situations

The stack may generate unexpected and wrong Check Indications in case of SR-AR especially during dynamic reconfiguration but also during connect and abort situations. The following scenarios are known, other may exists as well:

• Unexpected "UNUSED" check indications during dynamic reconfiguration when submodules which are already configured in the stack are added to the SR-AR
• Check indications are already sent when SR-AR with new configuration connects before this AR becomes primary and the configuration is applied.
