Feature InputValidOnBackupAR can not be supported

            Description

            As of current GSDML and Profinet Device stack implementation, the firmwares accept the InputValidOnBackupAR operation mode for SR-ARs. However, considering the usecase Dynamic Reconfiguration (DR), this is not valid because with DR we need to supply the AR using the old configuration with valid IO Data. This is however not possible with the current data model and DPM interface of the firmware.

            For now, we will keep the implementation as it is for compatibility reasons but need to document this restriction accordingly.
