Sometimes Plug Alarm not sent in case of Shared Device

            Description

            When plugging multiple submodules owned by different ARs at the same time, Plug Alarms are sometimes not sent. The visibility of problem depends on the timing of the Profinet IO Controller and the Profinet Application. The Error was introduced with changes made for PSPNSV5-331. The issue most likely occurs in conjunction with Check Indication service for affected submodules.
