            Description

            A new taglist entry has been defined to control a firmware startuo timeout for activating the ethernet phys. This taglist entry shall be added to the firmwares. By default the phy will be not activated.

            This changes the previous behavior of implicit 30 secod startup timeout until activating the phy. When the protocol stack is configured and switched to bus-on before the timeout occurs, the timeout will be stopped since the phys will be activated and configured accroding to remanent data and protocol stack configuration.
