      Description

When a Set Configuration Service is sent to the protocol implementation and flag PNS_IF_SYSTEM_NAME_IP_HANDLING_BY_STACK_ENABLED is not set, internal state variables are immediately patched to new values. If afterwards remanent data is to be stored, unexpected remanent data might be written.

It is expected that as defined in documentation, the configuration is applied when the application requests channel initialization.
