unexpected NameOfStation applied when executing ChannelInit or SystemReset while using Sycon.net database configuration

Precondition: a firmware is used on a hardware with flash filesystem and firmware is configured with Sycon.net database and if firmware handles the remanent data

If now a communication to IO Controller is established all is fine. If now a ChannelInit (or SystemReset or power cycle)  is executed on firmware the communication is interrupted (as expected) but never again re-established (which is unexpected).

The firmware uses empty NameofStation after ChannelInit which is unexpected.
