Sometimes RT Class 3 mismatch not reported as expected

            Description

            In case of IRT mode, if a wrong peer (no Part of IRT domain) is connected the device does not report RT Class 3 mismatch as expected. RT Class 3 mismatch shall be issued due to the wrong topology.
