      Description

When port monitoring is enabled and Link Down is detected, the device reports “Remote mismatch” / “No peer detected” diagnosis as expected. If subsequently a wrong peer or wrong port is connected, the device does not report the disappearance of “No peer detected”.

According to PNIO Diagnosis Guideline - PN-Diagnosis_7142_V13_Mar17:
When a valid LLDP frame is received, the lower level checks are activated and a queued “No peer detected” diagnosis is indicated as disappearing.
