[GCI adapter]: wrong remanent data size indicated on GCI startup

            Description

            When indicating the GCI adapter properties to the GCI application currently 8192 is given as size of remanent data. That is wrong in two ways. First it exceeds the size of remanent data defined for netX90 firmware. Second the value does not match the data size used in HIL_STORE_REMANENT_DATA_IND.

            By definition of GCI the size in HIL_STORE_REMANENT_DATA_IND shall be exactly the same as used in HIL_GCI_COMP_INTERFACE_T.tInfo.ulRemanentDataSize.

            If the values are not equal storing of remanent data is not working in GCI applications.
