[netX90]: remanent data handling is not working

            Description

            When using netX90 NXLFW for Usecase A (internal flash only) the firmware shows error 0xC1090011 (ERR_GAP_REMANENT_DATA_NOT_ENOUGH_MEMORY) directly on startup. The firmware does not store any remanent data although it is configured to do so.
