Unexpected AR Abort upon receiving Application Ready before Parameter End confirmation

            Description

            When the controller receives the Application Ready request before receiving the Parameter End confirmation, the connection is aborted with "Protocol Violation". According to Profinet Specification, receiving an Application Ready before Parameter End Confirmation implicitly confirms Parameter End.

            The controller shall behave as defined by specification and not abort the AR. 

            The problem is more evident in case of controller configurations with many devices.
