Receiving ParamEnd.cnf after ApplReady.req during plug sequence leads to an unexpected AR Abort

While processing plug sequence when the controller receives the Application Ready request before receiving the Parameter End confirmation, the AR is aborted with "Protocol Violation". The controller shall consider receiving of Application Ready as an implicit confirmation of Parameter End.

The problem occurs mainly when many devices start the plugin sequence at the same time for many submodules.
