Master cyclically tries to change slave state when slave is set to "BusOff" and link is reconnected

A wireshark trace (attached) of Hilscher master shows that master tries to set slave to SafeOp+"ERR_ACK set" (wireshark filter: "ecat.ado==0x0120") continously after step 3 of the following:
1. While cyclic communication is active, disconnect ehternet cable.
2. Set Bus state of (Hilscher) slave to Off.
3. Connect ethernet cable.

• This leads to a state of ERROR LED (of Hilscher slave) which seems "solid on" because of continously writing to ERROR LED as a result of continously setting slave to SafeOp+ErrAck.
• RUN LED of Hilscher slave seems solid green = Operational. But bus state is still Off and COM flag is not set!
• When setting slave to "bus on" again ERROR LED of Hilscher slave is off as expected.

Notice:
TwinCAT (Build 2226) does not show the behavior that Hilscher master V3.0.7.0 shows (TwinCAT trace in mantis PSECS-267).
