High CPU load when a Hilscher slave is set to Bus Off

            Description

            Configure one cifX slave (ECS V2 or V4), start cyclic communication.
            After setting Bus state to Off on the slave side, netX CPU load of the master increases by factor 2.
            cycle time (us) - CPU load connected (%) - CPU load disconnected (%)
            1000 - 15 - 35
            250 - 51 - 98

            CPU load decreses to normal value after slave's Bus state is set to On.
