Upgrading an existing driver may fail

            Description

            In Place editing seems to be problematic under Vista / 7.

            Current workaround when upgrading is:
            1. Deinstall all driver
            2. Uninstall driver through device manager (windows 7 only)
            3. Reboot
            4. Execute "sc delete cifxdrv" from an administrative command prompt
            5. Install new driver.
