Failed installation may leave non functional driver

cifX Driver V1.0.1.0 is installed. 4 boards are installed (i think only the first is relevant to reproduce the problem). SYCON.net is installed.
1. In SYCON.net download a configuration to cifX0.
2. Close connection in SYCON.net, close SYCON.net.
3. Install cifX Driver V1.0.2.0 without deinstalling the old version.
-> Installation fails with error "Hardware cannot be installed" ("Installation error.png") and ends with message captured in "Installation failed.png".
4. Now trying to uninstall the old cifX Driver version results in an error, see "Deinstallation fails.png".

After PC restart the automatic driver installation for cifX boards fails.
Deinstallation of cifX driver still fails.
It seems that all files are still there.
