Changed Delay time value in Topologie-Editor after loading configuration

During configuration one of the delay time caused by the cable length of a PROFINET device errors occur. The entered value is changed after saving and loading the configuration. 
The error can be reproduced as follows. 
- Start SYCON.net
- Insert PROFINET Controller V3 (e.g. CIFX RE/PNM V3)
- Insert PROFINET Device (e.g. CIFX RE/PNS V4.7.0.0 - V4.x SR)
- Open the PROFINET Topology Editor
- Connect a port of the controller with a port of the device

- Select the device in the topology editor
- Enter a value for the delay time in the property grid of the topology editor (see picture)

- Save configuration
- Exit SYCON.net
- Start SYCON.net
- Load configuration
- Open Topology Editor
- Select PROFINET devices
- View the delay time in the property handle
