      Description

In context of ticket  PSPNSV5-402   priorization of IP based Profinet frames (CLRPC) was added. Priorization was added on Ethernet Layer 2 (VLAN tag) as well as Ethernet Layer 3 (IPv4 header field DSCP).

It turns out that some IO Controller implementations struggle with the VLAN priorization of the CLRPC frames. Although this is a clear IO Controller mistake which is in contrast to requirements of Profinet specification, it still is an incompatbility which hinders communication between such IO Controllers and netX based IO Devices.

Thus, in context of this ticket, a new user API shall be implemented that allows application to disable usage of VLAN priorization for CLRPC frames. By default, if the new API service is not used, the CLRPC frames shall use VLAN priorization to not change default firmware behavior.
