Description
When the application requests plugging a submodule by Plug Submodule/Extended Service and the protocol needs to send an Plug Alarm to connected controller, the alarm data may be invalid.
The problem might not occur in all cases, but seems to be reproducible always after pulling submodules in different order before, e.g. pull all submodules from slot 10 to 1 and afterwards plug submodules again but with a different order, e.g. starting with slot 3.
It is expected that correct alarm data is sent in all cases.
