DCP ResetToFactory does not reset all fields

            Description

            When a DCP ResetToFactory with Mode == 2 is received the SNMP parameters are not reset. In this case SNMP Parameters shall be reset to NULL.

            In some DCP ResetToFactory case I&M4 Record is Reset to NULL although not expected.
