APDUStatus.ProblemIndicator is unexpectedly set after only submodule containing Diagnosis is pulled

If a submodule has diagnosis reported to IO Controller the APDUStatus.ProblemIndicator of cyclic frame shall be set by IO Device. If no submodule has diagnosis the APDUStatus.ProblemIndicator shall not be set.
If the only submodule with diagnosis is pulled by application this shall clear any internal diagnosis of the submodule, thus APDUStatus.ProblemIndicator needs to be cleared.
This is not done.

AlarmSpecifier of PullAlarm correctly states that the AR no longer has any existing diagnosis.
