Description
Due to a change in naming of Hilscher products, the GSDML files shall be adjusted to match the new requirements.
Remove optional OrderIDs from all DAPs of dedicated Hilscher products
As the OrderIDs only match one specific instance of several ones of a product family, the OrderID shall be completely removed from all DAPs, even (very) old ones.
Example for cifX: Currently, we state OrderID 1250.100. This is PCI card CIFX 50-RE and never matched in case customer uses PCIe card CIFX 50E-RE.
We will keep the OrderID in DAPs of netX chip GSDMLs.
Rename DAPs inside the GSDML files
The general pattern for DAPs is "CIFX RE/PNS V4.9.0.0 - V4.x".
The following table shows the first part of DAP name to make it easier to track what needs to be changed (the last part with the version numbers shall be unchanged).
| Old name | New name |
| CIFX RE/PNS | CIFX NETX100 RES/PNS |
| COMX 100XX-RE/PNS | COMX 100XX PNS |
| COMX 51XX-RE/PNS | COMX 51XX PNS |
| NJ 100XX-RE/PNS | NJ 100EN PNS |
| NJ 51X-RE/PNS | NJ 51D PNS |
| NRP 52-RE/PNS | NRP 52 PNS |
Modify GSDML filenames
The general pattern for filename is "GSDML-<version>-HILSCHER-CIFX RES PNS-<date>.xml".
The following table shows the middle part of the filename to make it easier to track what needs to be changed.
| Old name | New name |
| HILSCHER-CIFX RE PNS | HILSCHER-CIFX NETX 100 RES PNS |
| HILSCHER-COMX 100XX-RE PNS | HILSCHER-COMX 100XX PNS |
| HILSCHER-COMX 51XX-RE PNS | HILSCHER-COMX 51XX PNS |
| HILSCHER-NJ 100XX-RE PNS | HILSCHER-NJ 100EN PNS |
| HILSCHER-NJ 51X-RE PNS | HILSCHER-NJ 51D PNS |
| HILSCHER-NRP 52-RE PNS | HILSCHER-NRP 52 PNS |
