IP based communication no longer possible if IP is changed at runtime via DCP while Socket API configuration is active

            Description

            Precondition:
            Firmware is configured and visible via DCP on the network, has an IP address assigned and application has an active TCP socket. No cyclic Profinet communication is established.

            Error trigger:
            The IP address is changed via Profinet DCP protocol.

            Error consequence:
            The device is no longer reachable/visible via IP. ARP frames are not responded, SNMP is not working, Profinet RPC based services are no longer working.

            A powercycle is required to recover the device.

            Affected versions:
            PNS V4.9.0.0 and V4.9.0.1 are affected. Older branches, e.g. V4.8.0.x, are not affected.
