Raw Ethernet API (NDIS) not working on Network Service Channel if no MAC address exists on firmware startup

            Description

            The integrated Network Service Channel functionaliry for Raw Ethernet Access is not working if the MAC Address is not present on firmware startup. In this case MAC Address 00:00:00:00:00:00 will be used which is an invalid MAC Address.

            Issue only occurs when there is no Security Memory or FDL is available on firmware startup and firmware is set via mailbox of SystemChannel.
