            Description

            In case system redundancy, when performing switch over, APDU status change handling does not always work properly. Sometimes the stack reports APDU status change ind, although it should not be reported  e.g. when "PrimaryFault" detected and occasionally, the contrary happens e.g. initial APDU status not reported
