            Description

            During PSPNDIF-91 the handling of various OEM parameters is removed from Set Configuration / Database handling in this component. These functions / behaviors needs to be re-introduced for PNS V4. In addition according to new definition, all OEM parameters shall be applied when changing from Bus Off To Bus Off
