Implement new behavior for OEM DeviceDataProvider parameter handling

            Description

            For the behavior regarding the OEM parameters:

            • serial number
            • order number
            • hardware revision
            • mac addresses

            a new definition has been made. This new behavior shall be implemented:

            • order number and hardware revision in set configuration service are ignored
            • When setting a new configuration, the OEM parameters are validated in Device Data Provider
            • When activating a new configuration from previously unconfigured state, all valid/active OEM parameters from Device Data Provider are applied, Overwritting any previously made settings, even configuration supplied values.

            Also the Device Data Provider has been extended to support OEM values for some fields. These shall be taken into account if active.
