invalid NameOfStation used after setting a temporary one

            Description

            if configuration is done via database and the NameOfStation is changed via DCP with option "store temporary" the new NameOfStation is used directly as expected.
            After powercycle of the device the previously used NameOfStation is used.
            Expected behavior: After powercycle the NameOfStation is empty.
