Communicating Bit cleared to early

When aborting an AR, the communicating bit might be cleared before the AR has been fully shutdown. In that situation, reading immediately the DPM input area might return non-zero data or GOOD IOPS although the Com bit is already cleared.

It is expected that when handshaking the DPM Input area and the communicating bit is not set or cleared during handshake, that the DPM Input area data contains zero-data only.
