[netX51] Fiber optic - firmware startup error when specific EDD startup parameter is used

            Description

            If fiber optic is used for netX51 and the EDD startup parameter  RX_EDD_PARAM_NETX51_FIBEROPTIC_LINK_TIMEOUT_VALUE  is used, the firmware startup fails and ends in fatal driver callback.

            It is expected that this specific startup parameter is supported by the protocol stack that defines it.
