PDPortRealData record may contain unexpected PeerStationName in case of Non-Profinet neighbor

            Description

            According to Profinet specification if the connected device reports a non-normative LLDP PortID, the PDPortRealData record shall report an empty PeerPortName and empty PeerStationName.

            Currently,  Profinet IO Device V3 implementation reports empty PeerPortName and non-empty PeerStationName, which contains the MAC address of connected device .
