Fiberoptic media type not working properly on netX100 platform

            Description

            When netX100 platform is used with fiberoptic transceivers unexpected behavior is observed. Transceivers become disfunctional after a while and diagnosis monitoring is not working.

            It is expected that fiberoptic transceiver are also functional with netX100 platform.

            The issue is caused by a bug in fiberoptic DMI interface handling and requires an update of FO-DMI component.
