Not working for netX100 based Targets

            Description

            The reworked implementation of FODMI does not work for netX100 based targets. There are some errors in I2C hardware management which result in unexpected behavior:

            • diagnostic information is read incorrectly
            • transceiver a written unexpected data which in turn can cause a transceiver to lower its tx power or even disable the transceiver at all.
