Re-plugging Submodule rejected with ERR_PNS_IF_DPM_ACCESS_WITH_INVALID_OFFSET

    Details

      Description

When the stack is configured with IOPS and/or IOCS mode set to "Bytewise" and a submodule is pulled and plugged again with same data and status offsets (and same lengths), the stack rejects the plug request with error code  0xC0300112 (ERR_PNS_IF_DPM_ACCESS_WITH_INVALID_OFFSET).

Since a submodule with equal offsets was pulled before and thus the previously occupied areas are obviously unused afterwards, it is expected that the plug is accepted.

As a workaround bitwise IOxS mode can be configured instead of bytewise mode if feasible for the application.
