            Description

            A Set Configuration Request with overlapping IOPS offsets is not detected in case of "bytewise" IOxS handling.

            Precondition: An application that enables consumer and provider IOPS functionality using PNS_IF_SET_IOXS_CONFIG_REQ

            Note that for bitwise IOxS mode no offset checking regarding overlapping is intended.
