SNMP may no longer work after receipt of DCP ResetFactorySettings while AR exists

If the firmware is configured with Sycon.net database and in cyclic data exchange with IO Controller (irrelevant if RT or IRT) SNMP can be accessed as expected. If now a DCP ResetFactorySettings is received and afterwards NameOfStation and IP are set again via DCP the communication to IO Cotnroller is re-established as expected. The Device is reachable via DCP as well as via RPC.

However now the device may no longer be reachable via SNMP. No response is sent at all (even no error).

The issue is timing sensitive and may occur or may not occur depending on order of some events in protocol stack (which depend on timing of external events on network).

Error is more easy to reproduce using the Profinet certification Standard Setup. Siemens IO Controller sets NameOfStation and IP automatically after DCP ResetFactorySettings and often leads to required timing to reproduce the issue.

The issue could not be reproduced when using PNS_IF_SET_CONFIGURATION_REQ for configuration.
