Reading records causes crash of stack if the requested data length exceeds the max supported record size (Certification Issue)

            Description

            According to profinet specification the requested record length may exceed the max supported record size. The stack crashs when allocating the buffer for read response if the requested record length is too large. 

            Hotfixes based on Profinet IO Device V3.11.0.x are not affected by this issue. Only prereleases are affected by this issue.
