            Description

            According to PNIO Diagnosis Guideline the Device shall report Sync Mismatch alarm if no sync frame received or a violation of the PLL Window is detected. These Events PTCP_SYNC_STATE_JITTER_OUT_OF_BOUNDARY and PTCP_SYNC_STATE_NO_SYNC_MESSAGE_RECV will be detected by HAL adapter but not forwarded to the registred application.
