      Description

When the Profinet Controller firmware receives a Plug Alarm with diagnosis bits 11 to 14 set in the alarm specifier, the firmware will abort the AR when the Device issues the "Plug Application Ready.req".

According to Profinet specification, the diagnosis related bits of alarm specifier shall only be set for Diagnosis ASE related alarms by the Profinet Device. The specification however does not expect the Profinet Controller to validate this. Therefore the Profinet Controller firmware shall ignore these bits during request checking.
