Remove all API functions related to device identity parameters

As consequence of DDP introduction, all PNM specific API services allowing to modify identity parameters shall be removed/changed accordingly.

This results in removal of support for some parametertypes in service PNM_AP_CFG_OEMPRM_REQ:

• PNM_AP_CFG_OEMPRM_ORDER_ID
• PNM_AP_CFG_OEMPRM_SERIAL_NUMBER
• PNM_AP_CFG_OEMPRM_VERSION 

This results in adding a new parametertypes in service PNM_AP_CFG_OEMPRM_REQ to set the remaing values of pervious parametertype PNM_AP_CFG_OEMPRM_VERSION.

This results in renaming field "abOrderID" of service PNM_AP_CFG_IOC_REQ_T to "abReserved". The field shall not be checked/touched by the firmware at all, its content shall be ignored completely to ensure backwards compatibility.
