Sometimes wrong diagnosis status in Get Slave Connection Info service reported

In some cases an invalid diagnosis state is reported in Get Slave Connection Info service confirmation. 

The problem occurs since the diagnosis status of a submodule is not updated for an alarm other than:

• Alarm Type Diagnosis (0x1)
• Alarm Type Diagnosis Disappears (0xC)
• Alarm Type Port Data Change (0xE)

It is expected that the diagnosis state is updated for all Diagnosis ASE attached alarm types as defined by the specification.
