Submodule diagnosis status not updated properly when receiving alarm

            Description

            When the controller protocol implementation receives an alarm from a device, the internaly stored diagnosis state is not updated for alarm types other than:

            • Alarm Type Diagnosis (0x1)
            • Alarm Type Diagnosis Disappears (0xC)
            • Alarm Type Port Data Change (0xE)

            It is expected that the diagnosis state is updated for all Diagnosis ASE attached alarm types as defined by the specification.
