In certain situations, the APDU status change is ignored and not reported to the application

            Description

            The stack stores the last reported APDU status changes for each AR in a list, addressed by an AR index. However, in the case of SR-AR, the ARSet index should be used instead. The issue occurs because, when the ARSet is established, the stack incorrectly uses the wrong index to reset the last reported APDU status.
