Controller refuses to assign NameOfStation on DCP VendorID/DeviceID mismatch

            Description

            When the Profinet Controller stack discovers a Profinet Device by Alias Name (Topology), it compares the VendorID & DeviceID reported in DCP Identify Response of the Profinet Device with its configuration. If a mismatch was found, the Profinet controller stack will not assign the NameOfStation. This breaks commisioning of Profinet PA Profile Device since these devices may have two identities.

            The Profinet Controller stack shall not validate the VendorID & DeviceID reported by the device when assigning a NameOfStation.
