Wrong cable delay for very short cables reported

            Description

            When a very short cable is connected to the netx, a a wrong cable delay of "0ns" is reported in PDPortDataReal datasets. According to Profinet Specification, the cable delay value 0 is reserved, the first valid value is 1ns.
