[System Redundancy] CPM state machine cleanup might not always be handled properly

            Description

            A race condition may occur during CPM cleanup handling when Backup AR is aborted. As a result the output data remains frozen even a new IO AR is established.

            This issue only occurs when an IO AR (non system redundancy) is established using resources of a previously aborted backup SR-AR.
