Static ARP entry overwitten by ARP response frame

            Description

            If an ARP response frame for a particular IP address is received and a static ARP entry for the same IP address exists, this static ARP entry will be overriden with the MAC address contained in the ARP response frame and turned into an dynamic ARP entry.
            It is expected that the static ARP entries are not modified by ARP packets received from the network.
