Sometimes Non-Profinet peer data are not reported to the registered application.

            Description

            If a non-Profinet peer is connected, the LLDP does reports peer data to the registered application directly. Only if the received LLDP frame data is changed or the cable is disconnected and connected again before Time To Live (TTL) is expired the neighbor is reported.
