            Description

            Sometimes in running and stable environment LLDP sends out LLDP frames more often than expected. If nothing changes LLDP frames shall only be generated every 5 seconds.

            Observed behavior: Sometimes LLDP frame is sent after 1 second, again after 3 seconds, ...

            The observed behavior is not accepted by manual inspection of Profinet certification lab.
