[Scanner] "Application triggered" or "Change of State triggered" originator connections always run in cyclic trigger mode

            Description

            "Application triggered" or "Change of State triggered" originator connections always run in cyclic trigger mode. Process data is sent cyclically even if application does not trigger data production.

            This applies to originator connections only. Target connections are not affected.
